Tasmac — Charging extra and not replacing broken bottle

Hi,

Today i came to tasmac located in Menambedu Ambattur near service road and bought a quarter Morpheus for 250 rupees the actual rate is 240 as per bottle sticker, when i opened the seal and opened the lid of the bottle i could see the broken section of lid area.

When i asked the tasmac rep to change the bottle they asked to filter the bottle and drink and used harsh words.

They way they are treating a customer was not far and over charging

I want this to be looked into at the earliest or i have to take this issue with All India consumer protection rights organisation.
