During the 1st date of this month we purchased 4 beer bottles at shop No: 7720 Kandramanickam .Sivaganga Dist .Pin 630 204 .at 9-15 am. We went to get the replacement at the shop & found the shop is locked .Next day we went with the same complaint .But they refused to give replacement .

Further that supervisor told, "You do complaint anywhere else .Our duty is selling only" .We need the justice from you .

Updated by Palaniyappan Karthik 2 Days back i purchased 4 beer bottles .Black pearl Beer .Batch -12.14/09.Mfg dt-07-10 .MAY BE . [ Nothing is clearly visible ]. When we opened the 2nd one no gas or any other symptom .But the lid came out with a piece of glass[ Neck Break ] We contact your men in the shop .They redirected to the supervisor .

But he refused to give the replacement .Further he says that " SELLING ONLY OUR DUTY "& said that do complaint anywhere else . You have to note that, being a public personality [ HUMAN RIGHTS ] we are always supporting TASMAC .We are the safeguards to them . We do defend them.

Better to deliver the replacement in our doorsteps .We hope you will not push us to seek further steps .The rest is left to you .

Updated by Palaniyappan Karthik At shop No : 7720 we purchased 4 beer bottles .Among them while opening one`s lid was came with a part of bottle neck .No gas or any opening symptom.When we consumed we found the content is spoiled .We demanded for replacement .But it`s refused . We need the claim or replacement on our door steps .
