I ordered medicine for my father on Aug 3rd and paid for Tatamg via Amazon UPI. Payment was successful on Amazon side as well as my bank statement has the money debited for 1mg. However on 1mg side, the payment is still in progress and when I reach them, they initially said I will receive the refund in 5-7 business days. Now its more than 12 days, and no one is bothering to help. I reached them n number of times and raised my concern yet no one is giving a proper response. They simply get all the proofs and keep me waiting for 24 to 48 hours. I work for the same Tata brand and I trusted them, but now I feel they do not even take responsibility of the consumer/customer. They don't own their actions and do not resolve any user issues. They leave it just like that when it comes to money point of view. I do not want to lose my money. If I need to complaint again I will definitely do, I have all the proofs for the transaction to 1mg. I hope someone checks this and helps! Thank you.
