    I have get my father, s life insurance policy no- U[protected] from tata aia ( agent thru mehul patel )ahmedbad in September-2009 and payment is yearly 20000 rs and insuranceamount is 760000. and after get policy I total 4 year premium by 20000 x 4 yraes = 80000. mean 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 but my some reasen I don't paid sept-2013 premium in time for outside of my home state. but after when I return I go for pay online thru tata site is blocked & not received my payment on October-2013, and I call to my tata agent for collect payment cheque but he is not to come . and afterall tata aia autosurrender my father policy and send me only 18690.00 ra amount cheque on my registerd address.
    when call for this amount tata said your faather policy is autosurrender & closed, so I request that I want to continoues policy. after tata send me reactivation form by mail and said that you fill up this from with signed & submit it nearest branch maninagar, Ahmedabad with surrender amt 18690 chq & new premium 20000.00 chq before 31st January 2013, and I submitted all document on 26, dec 2013, and they said your policy active in one week but they not deduct 20000 amt premium from bank ac so I once go to branch office and ask for activation so they said we send document to head office Mumbai. but they are not active myfather policy upto my father death till 12 feb 2014. and till date they are not to paid any payment so pls help me for this death CLAIM. TATA IS NOT CLEAR IT TILL TODAY.

    I am also tried & abuse for this TATA AIA Insurance Company. I already paid four year yearly payment from 2009 to 2012 as per yearly 20000 Rs & total 80000.00 Rs, I inform you my father already dead on 12 Feb 2014. I a submitted death claim with all original policy bond & documets at Their Maninagar sub branch as per given instruction by TATA AIA. but they are not paid any payment to me from 2014 till today.
    I agree with tata aia as I am late for pay 5th premium of September-2013 . and also they are surrender my father policy without any information.and any written latter head and not send me any intimation at my registered address & also not to call on my contact no. and send me only 18690.00 something rs cheque at my address without any information, but I also try to pay balance premium by on line tata web portal side on October-2013 but they are closed it for receiving premium. when I got only 18690.00 auto surrender amount chq I contact to custmore care and share my requiest for help to reactivation by call before my father's death. and also they are send me reactivation form tome by mail, and said to me that ( fill the form with father signature, and submit with received payment chq 18690.oo and new 20000.00 premium chq before 31st, January-2014 at nearest branch. so I do as per instruction and submitted all document on 26 December, 2013, and also I sure that with call with tata aia they already received all document on 29, january, 2014. so why they are not active my policy after recived all respcted document with outstanding balance premium chq, and after 14 days my father was death on 12 feb 2014. if they reactive my policy in between time my father's death & received documents .I am not suffirng this problems. so I request you sir pls help me. my family and my mother are very need this amounts of Policy. I am not rich men, we get policy for our safe life for money problems. and lso I request that our intation is that we not pay premium in limit time, but sum corrcimtance we not paid on sept-2013 but we already best try to pay in time. .
    And I also 2 times go to their head branch in thane, ninth floore office. but not any response give me.

    Dear Mr. Panchal,
    We refer to your call received by us on December 30, 2013 to our help line number and the subsequent telephonic conversation undersigned had with you with regards to your captioned policy number with us.
    We wish to inform you that, due to non receipt of the renewal premium which was due on September 15, 2013 within the grace period, the policy have moved into the “Auto surrendered” status. We would like to draw your attention to the Premium Holiday provision as mentioned in page no. v of the policy contract. The extract of the same is reproduced for your ready reference.

    “After payment of at least three complete years of Regular Premiums, if you fail to pay the Regular Premium thereafter as due, this Policy will be maintained in force on Premium Holiday automatically without paying the Regular Premium and the Policy Charges and any other costs will be paid as due by deduction o[censored]nits at Unit Price from the Total Fund Value of the Policy until the earlier of
    (1) The Total Fund Value is insufficient to cover the Policy Charges and costs payable,
    (2)The Surrender Value falls below an amount equivalent to One Annual Regular Premium, or
    (3) Two years from the due date of the first unpaid Regular Premium unless we receive your written request to continue with the automatic deduction, subject to condition (1) and (2).”
    The Policy will lapse upon occurrence of condition (1) or (2) and any remaining Total Fund Value, subject to deduction of the Surrender Charge, will be paid.
    Accordingly, this policy got auto surrendered as it was not able to fulfill point number 2 as stated above. You would appreciate that the above mentioned provision is also in line with the IRDA Guidelines in this regard.
    In view of the same a refund cheque numbered 38125 dated November 29, 2013 for an amount of Rs.18690.58/- was dispatched to your mailing address on December 12, 2013 through speed post vide AWB number EM[protected]IN.
    However, as a one time service gesture we can reinstate the aforesaid policy. Hence, we request you to submit the below mentioned requirements to any of the nearest Tata AIA Life branch on or before January 31, 2014
    • Outstanding premium of Rs.20000/- for the due date September 5, 2013
    • Gain/Loss consent Letter (as attached)
    • Surrender pay out cheque number 38125
    Please carry copy of this letter/e-mail along with you while visiting the branch. On receipt of the above mentioned requirements your policy shall be reinstated subject to underwriting.
    We would also like to confirm you that we value our customer’s financial well being and would consistently deliver best in class solutions.
    We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.
    We urge you to continue with the policies and accruing benefits under the chosen plan and assuring you of our best services always.

      I have taken Tata AIA Life InvestAssure policy (U[protected] on 28-JAN-2006. I have paid Rs 20, 000 for three years (Total Rs 60, 000) and then the policy went into Automatic Premium Holiday. Now even after 10 years, the NAV Fund value is Rs 53, 400 only. I am losing Rs 6, 200 even after waiting for 10 long years. The company is cheating people and taking their hard valued money. This is daylight robbery.

      If I had invested in FD, the value would have doubled by this time. When I was provided with the policy, they were promising very high returns, now I am ending up with losing a significant amount of money.

      I had taken life time policies from other companies like ICICI prudential and Reliance life that had provided me with decent returns. But this company is really cheating customers. They are not even giving the money deposited even after 10 years of investment period.

      Can somebody responsible from the company look into this?

      The Customer support has closed the support providing the robbery details. Worst customer experience. They are robbing people like anything.

      My policy No.C[protected], I ddiscontinued my policy from 2007, I have paid nearly rs.20000, kindly refund my money, my humble request to u make it as quick as possible.my contact no.[protected]:mail id [protected]@gmail.com
      I have surrendered my policy at the Khar (west) office in Mumbai.

      on the 21-July-2016.

      I have not yet received any surrender amount.

      None of the 24-hr help lines are connecting to any Customer care Executive.

      Absolutely horrible service.

Insurance Agent (as per her version) regarding my insurance policy no.- C[protected] & C[protected] and wanted to know the detailing of the same and also assured me that she will disburse the dividend amount to my bank account. Primarily I have provided the Policy no., now I request you to investigate the matter from your end so that I should not be a victim as it seems to be a fraud case to me. Despite my repeated request the insurance company neither sent me receipt of premium deposited nor sent acknowledged my request. Pl. help. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mrs. Bhanumati singh residing at D-20 Vivekanand puri lucknow had taken Health First Policy from TATA AIG Life Insurance company Policy no. C[protected] on 9 th Jan -2004 and was regularly paying premium . I was operated for pace maker on 3rd Oct 2005 .TATA AIG Refused to pay my hospital claim so I went to consumer forum and complaint under section 12 of the consumer protection act 1986 in 2006 . Consumer forum asked to TATA AIG Life insurance to pay Rupee 5, 70, 000 (Five Lakh Seventy Thousands Only) to me in 2011 for my claim but till date company has not paid me a single penny. This is an mental, physical and emotional harassment i am going through since 10 years now.At present I am 63 years old and finding me very difficult to run around for settling the claim .                 Received calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] in the name of Mahi Sharma and Karthik Sharma asking for PAN, A/C Number by mentioning my closed Tata AIA Life Insurance Policy Number. They wanted to pay back my bonus amount accumulated in my closed insurance policy account. For which they demanded Rs.13000 as refundable registration fees in the name of BACHAT SAMADHAN. Knowing to be suspicious calls, I asked them bank a/c details to know more about them and they sent me an A/C details o[censored]nit Grow Corporation A/C No:[protected], IFSC code - ICIC0000171, Bank Name: ICICI Also they requested to send my documents such as PAN, ID proof and Cheque via courier to below address: C/O TUSHAR SHARMA, A-33 Royal Park Phase 1 Pallavpuram (Meerut cantt.) 250110 When I asked them you would have my PAN and A/C details in that closed policy document then he said those details are not required. Kindly beware of these phishing suspicious numbers. Only question is how come unknown persons having my closed policy number which is personal and who could have possibly shared these personal insurance details?

                  A partial withdrawal request was made against policy held with Tata AIA life- on enquiring after a week on 28 th - self informed that the funds were transferred to Xyz account -on advising that the mentoined account nbr was not mine - a complaint was generated - but still waiting to hear any thing firm - cust care executives are ignorant and supervisors are " away for lunch". A call back was promised which never came- already made three 20 minute fruitless calls and the executives have the standard answer that it has Been fwdd to concerned dept and we can't connect to them and superiors are not available -

But due to some personal problem i want to cancel it. I have done all process of cancel is CAMS office & home branch Sultanpur & main Branch Faizabad but they did not properly response me about cancelled. After all they did not accept policy bond cancel duration free look. Although I have start this process at 8-september-2015.                       I am totally dissatisfied by the service provided by Tat-AIA. First of all the customer support doesn’t even know the correct process to get duplicate policy. Each one of the agent have their own version of process which is incorrect. I was asked by the customer support to simply take the Rs.200/- stamp paper to the branch and they will take care of the formalities. After I reached the branch office, the branch support person provided me the correct process. I was frustrated by such an irresponsible support by customer support. I felt of escalating this issue but decided to leave it and get the duplicate policy. So I came back and followed the process and submitted the ”lost policy form” and “Policy Lost Indemnity Bond”. I was informed by the customer care that my policy will be couriered within 10 to 15 days. I waited for more than a month and gave a call. I was informed that they have sent the policy document to my address and the door was closed so they sent the document to the branch. It is totally untrue. Because I was waiting for the document at home and if I was not their my family always is there at home. This itself proves that how cheaters are TATA-AIA, giving false information. When I started to yell at customer service she simply said to wait for a week and if I don’t get the document I can go to branch and collect it as it has reached the branch. After 2 months I got a call from “Rajesh Tantri” to collect the documents. He was the one who processed the duplicate policy document and he also said the same thing as customer care that the document will be sent to my address. He double checked the current & permanent address for the same. If I have to collect the document from branch they he shouldn’t have given a false commitment. He said to collect the document during weekdays and if I don’t have time I can come on second Saturday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to collect the document. He said to give me a commitment that I will be coming on Saturday because he will make a note of it and ask operations team to issue me my documents. Even though I was frustrated I made a commitment to him and went to office on second Saturday(12/09/2015). To my surprise I was informed by security guy that the operations team is on leave and I have to come during weekdays. I travelled all the way about 30 KMs just to hear that I have to come during weekdays. What an irresponsible employees TATA-AIA has, they don’t even care to update the customer. If they get commitment from customer they should also be committed. I asked the security guy to call him and provide me a solution to give me the documents, but he simple asked the security guy to tell me to come during weekdays. I wanted to open a long term policy (iRaksha) and a child policy with TATA-AIA. Now since I have seen such a lousy service and commitment from TATA-AIA I even doubt whether my pension policy will be processed properly during the maturity. I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to have any policies with TATA-AIA. I would like to complainregarding my Agent and Co-Agent.Agent name : Puja Lundia Agent Code :[protected] and Co-Agent Code Khusbuh Rout; Agent Code :[protected]. They dont even Co-operate with me when we need.They dont even bothered to pick up my calls. So i request you to please stop their commision which thet get from my insurance policy.                               As per observation I am shocked to see that Doctor had declared me a smoker. I have never smoke in my life. Even i don't like to sit near smoker person. This is really embarrassing for me that your team is showing me a smoker category person. I want my medical again & it will prove that I am not a smoker. You can examine my medical from any other doctor also. I will not pay any other expanse for this medical. If any other doctor will declare me smoker I will pay all expanse accrued on medical. Request to you please share my medical report with me. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP or return my payment.

                                Hi, I had a policy with TATA AIA LIFE (U[protected] which I redeemed last year since I needed money. It was only when I went to redeem my money that I was told that the money I would receive would be 30 per cent less than what I had paid. Let me repeat : 30 % less than what I paid. I am not talking of all the bonus and extra benefits I had been promised. I was shocked but since at the time I was in need of money I took what they offered me. I have been feeling cheated ever since. Now since the last three months I have been receiving calls from TATA AIA Delhi complaints branch that I have the right to receive all the money and the benefits - the only catch is to buy another policy with TATA AIG or AIA. I suspect these are fraud calls, but I realize that these people have my name and other details so somewhere TATA AIA personnel is also involved. The person's calling have however pointed something that I had overlooked i.e. since I had paid premium for over 5 (five) years I am entitled to at least receive my principal amount. My complain is against TATA AIA for (1) not giving me at least my own money during the time of redemption and (2) for sharing my information with a third party who are asking me to buy TATA AIA policies to get my original premium money. Note if the people calling are genuine then please redeem my money without me having to go through the process of buying another policy to get my original amount from my old policy. Regards, Sauban

                                    My Policy number is U[protected]. and i have been paying from Sep 2009 onwards. when i am approaching to your customer care officer in chennai to know the current value of my policy, they are telling the value about lesser than what i paid to you. please let me know current value of my policy as on date.

                                      Sir/ma'am Policy No. C[protected] I had taken a policy of tata aia life group In 2010 And submit my first instalment through agent And that agent says that you have to pay only once and after 3 year you can withdraw But when we go there they says your policy is lap Sir first o want my policy bond then kindly lapy policy or do whatever you want. But first send me my policy bond and my first instalment recipt

                                        I have ID account in TATA AIA life insurance. When ever I am paying premium through online payment option that time not getting the payment receipt. As well as my contact no. and e-mail id is already mention but not coming any massage to receipt your payment. In your TATA AIA portal no have any function to get payment receipt. Please acknowledge how to get payment receipt after online payment through registered ID.
