Tata Capital — 5% pre closure charges on personal loan

Hi team,

I did mistake trust the brand name of tata and took loan in tata capital,

I have taken personal loan in oct 2013, after completion of two year emi, i wanted to pre close the loan, however when i call the helpdesk to closure request i was shocked to know that i need to pay 5% plus service tax on outstanding amount.

5 % is very high and i am not sure whether our tata group knows about this cheating done by this group..

Its totaly cheating customer, rbi shoudl do something for this..
