[Resolved] Tata Capital — amount shown as disbursed whereas builder not received it

In my a/c statement against my home loan account number 9380345, with tata capital housing finance, there is an amount of rs 13, 386 disbursed to builder on 7th july 2017 whereas neither i requested tata to disburse the same nor builder has received it.

Tata capital is also changing interest on it.

Once inquired, tata says it was adjustment with builder, but my concern is that if bank is showing it as principal amount disbursed, i should receive receipt from builder.

Bank is not getting it clear with builder

Continuously i called to call center from dated 13/07/2017 but i did not get any answer. customer executive give me REQUEST NUM every day but i did not get any solution our problem. so i request you plz slove my problems. A/c no. 9779825, request no. 05000536. i want loan forclosure letter.
