I sameer khan had purchased the bike in the month of august 2012.
I was a regular EMI PAYING CUSTOMER but due to some incident i failed to pay my 9 month emi.
i accept my fault and i do respect your rules.
but suddenly after 9 months my wife got a call from mr vinod a head of collection who was coordinating with my wife for emis.
and he had given the commitment that pay your emi on 28th of august 2014 to my wife however we have his massage from his mobile number.
but suddenly on 24th on sunday two guys came and taken my bike inspite of nootice that we had given and taken from vinod.
as my wife clearly said that we are going to make foreclosure on 28th.
Now i want to know is Tata Capitals EMPLOYESS are stupieds who doesnot have any coordination between them.
before also your collection guys went to my previous address and abused my in laws.
now where should i go to the media to the supreme court or where.
tata capitals are only working for money they dont have humanity towards the geniun customer.
we have many customers who dont make the paymnet for a long time they cheat you but beign a genuine customer i had given my address also.
this is sure i am filling an police complaint that without my presance they had taken my bike and abused to my inlaws.
i am writting this to the head mr Sanjeet Dawar and the CEO also.
guys understand if you dont no to judge between genuine and fraud customer you better sgut down your company and set at home because you dont knoe to rule market.
