For your information, M/s Sri Balaji Metals & Minerals Pvt Ltd had availed the loan and the entire amount of the same had been paid and
Tata Capital has issued “No Dues Certificate” pertaining to the said loan agreements. The NOC’s issued are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A1 - A13.
While going through the CIBIL report, we found that credit report pertaining to the said loan accounts have not been properly reported by Tata Capital showing as "999 days past dues". The CIBIL pages of the same is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure B1-B15.
