I have been chasing this issue with Tata Capital since 4 months now but the issue is still not resolved.Case id_10582432, Case Id 10917460, Case ID 10831278, Case Id 10906750 and Case Id 10911216 are the different case ids since then.They are unable to update my NACH and have not updated my CIBIL report as promised till 28th March.I had changed bank account and had informed their excecutive to update the NACH accordingly.They did not care to update the NACH and their executive advised to pay each month by NEFT before the end of the month.
Payments were being made each month via NEFT to them.In October 2018 we came to know that our CIBIL was being hampered by Tata Capital.We checked our Tata Capital loan statement and found that they have not credited our October payment to our account and have also levied late payment charges.
We contacted their office in Rajendra Place personally and they promised to update the payment.But this was not done in November and December.It was finally done in February.We had also given them new cheques for November and December as advised by their executive.But they did not present the cheque on the installment date .They took new cheques in January for next 3 months and promised that things will be sorted.Same issue followed and this month again they have not debited on the installment date.I complained to them and they waived off late payment charges till January and promised that CIBIL will be updated by 28th March.But this has not happened and they are not responding appropriately to the emails.
