[Resolved]  Tata Capital — closer of vehicle loan

When taking loan representative came at your doorstep... But at closer time they want us to do everything and also take closer charges of 5%... If someone is hospitalized and cant do anything then tata capital should think abt customer convenience being a private sector compitator... Not expected from tata group company... Hope they will resolve it
