I have bought an ac in reliance digital uppal. I have applied for an emi scheme through tata capital. I was communicated i will receive a welcome letter and message from tata capital.. My rtn number is [protected]. Now i had a cheque bounce on jun 9 2017, as i have not received any welcome letter i didn't maintain sufficient balance. Now i'm being charged 575 rs for the cheque bounce charges..in meanwhile a collection team manager called and started scolding me and said she doesn't wish to speak to a defaulter.. I might have attempted for a suicide because of that collection manager. Kindly take necessary action
