Subject: Complaint about unnecessary foreclosing charges demanded by Tata Capital Financial Services Limited

Respected authority,

I am writing this to draw your immediate attention on the demand of additional charges on the foreclosing of Personal Loan by TCFSL.

I have taken personal loan of 3, 24, 158.00 Rs. My loan details are as below.
Loan A/C No.: TCFPL[protected]
Loan Disbursement Date: 02.07.2021
Loan Tenure: 48 Months
Balance Tenure: 32 Months

I decided to repay my loan to TCFSL before repayment schedule. For the same I have raised the demand of foreclosure letter and further procedure. On this, Tata Capital charged me an additional amount of 12, 449.00 Rs. to pay as foreclosure charges, which are not required actually.

Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary actions as earliest as possible.
