[Resolved]  Tata Capital — EMI deducted but Loan not disbursed

Hello -

First of all, I would like to mention that even before I have taken the loan amount, I got highly disinterested and demotivated with TATA CAPITAL

I applied for a loan in April and was sanctioned an amount of 3, 00, 000/- on 30th April, 2016
However, I cancelled the same instantly and requested for a closure on this loan which is why the amount was never disbursed to my account.

Got surprised when on 3rd June, 2016, the first instalment was deducted from my account for an amount of 8502/- when actually I did not avail the loan
I got highly dissatisfied and called up the bank to let them know what they are not aware of (Rajendra Place, New Delhi)

The bank said they have registered a request to close the account after I intimated them, which never happened again.

Can anybody now tell me what is going on???

Being pissed, I logged into the web account today, 18th june and again got a nightmare to find that my web account says 11, 839/- due as outstanding against me with a disbursed amount showing as 7, 522/-. Do not know when and how this was disbursed to me and WHY I owe 11K to TATA CAPITAL?

IS THIS THE WAY TATA CAPITAL HARASS CUSTOMERS?

I ALSO SAW ON INTERNET THAT I AM NOT THE FIRST VICTIM, THERE HAVE BEEN OTHERS AS WELL WHERE EMI GOT DEDUCTED EVEN BEFORE DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER COMPLAINTS AS WELL. check out: http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/tata-capital-l45046.html

Following this - I called up the customer care officer to get my 3rd shock to hear that the request was registered only on 14th June even when I connected with the office on 7th June. What is this delay for and why?
Not sure what is going on? Do you guys do not hear from your customers?

Again, the officer told me that - the system is showing a resolution date of 23rd June. REALLY? You take that long for providing resolution to such matters? Do you not have any prioritisation mechanism and treat your cases based on how CRITICAL they are?

I want someone from the financial institution to go through the complete email to understand the concern and reply me back with an answer which I can digest

I want the money back ASAP into my account which has been deducted along with the bank interest for this delay that I could have earned
And a final confirmation from TATA CAPITAL also required that such things would not happen in future
