[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Extra amount shown as outstanding, poor customer service

Loan # 3150952. Loan was completed in Feb 14 and when an NOC was requested an outstanding amount of Rs. 1979.29 was shown. After a lot of requests and follow ups I received a statement from them which shows there are 3 bounce check charges of 450 each which after taxes comes up to Rs. 1498.5. I have been repeatedly trying to get an explanation from TATA capital regarding this but the standard response to this is " I am sorry for the inconvienience, I shall send an email to the concerned dept/I shall escalate the matter", all to no avail. I have even tried to contact the Supervisor Vinaya Kadam but she is never available and never returns calls either even after repeated requests for a call back. I tried to speak to another supervisor on 6/6/14 but the call was disconnected after being on hold for some time. Kindly advise on how this issue can be resolved. Thanks and Regards Robin Joseph
