Dear Sir/Madam,
We have take loan from Tata Capital Financial services for bike. The executive while doing the loan process has converted the loan to 3 year instead of 2 year, we have written to the customer care many times that this a mistake and it should have been a 2 year loan term but nothing has been done to the problem.
My first complaint raised in the email was on 26th August, after that I have made many calls and emails to them but still they are not doing anything about this problem.
Could you please look into the above issue asap and get us some solution as we have tried our level best to resolve it with the Company but they do not seem too interested in resolving this.
Please help us as this is really concerning and also frustrating for me to keep calling and raising it.
As of now I am talking to them and they cut the call in between when I am asking them for the solution.
