[Resolved] Tata Capital — foreclosure charges

I taken a loan from tata capital housing finance limited in dec 2017 near 1.57 crore...in my name. Now i want to transfer that loan to another bank.. They are saying give 4% (More than 6 lakhs) loan foreclosure charges... They are making fool to coustomers... I already paid more that 20 lakh interest to them in a year... Please help to wave foreclosure charges...
