[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Foreclosure Statement and List of Documents

Hi Sir/Madam, I have availed a home loan from Tata Capital at ROI 10.75%. Without any prior intimation, this ROI was revised to 11.00% by Tata Capital. However, other banks have reduced the ROI due to reduction in repo rates by RBI. I applied for BT using Axis bank @ 10.25% and got an approval from them in month of March. I applied for Foreclosure Letter and LOD from Tata Capital as that is required for BT. However, Tata Capital is delaying this by changing the resolution dates. I have already called them about 10 times and everytime they revert stating that the case has been escalated and would be looked upon on priority. My case ID is: 911154 and I am actually clueless on how to approach consumer forums for this unfair trade practice by Tata Capital and seek your help in redressal of this issue. Regards, Gaurav Handa
