[Resolved] Tata Capital — Fraud, wrong information on loan

While taking documents i was told will approve for 9 lakh bt with 8.80 % and 4 lakh top up with 9.80%
But when i got sanction letter thats was 6 lakh bt with 8.[protected]@ and 7 lakh top up with 10.80%
8625 processing fees got deducted from my account and after this still executive mr rohit kamble ([protected]) from kalyan branch is asking 10300 rs for govt and notary charges.
I not interested to process my loan i want my processing fees back
