[Resolved] Tata Capital — Harassment from recovery team unethical behaviour

Car loan availed from Tata capital & car was not delivered by the dealer. Informed the finance team of the car being not delivered, post which collection team has started harassing me & my fly.
Collection team has gone to the extend of abusing then threatening me to pay the emi, in spite of repeatedly informing every 1 in the auto team.

Tata capital,

Pathetic service of yours. Your customer care sucks Everytime we call nobody responds. We are struggling to close our loan through your f#ck all website. Which is of no use. Secondly your agent comes drunk at doorstep to collect bank bounce charges. Such unprofessional and unethical way of working.
