[Resolved] Tata Capital — home loan application

My pan no - aetpt8648a, mobile no - [protected]. I had applied for home loan & given cheq no-000035 for rs 1180/-, after that i informed to tata capital that i don't required the loan so please not process the same. I have not received any communication from your side & the cheque of rs. 1180/- has been deposited & cleared from my bank without processing my loan.
Please check the matter & refund the amount because you cannot take any fees without processing the loan/ documents.
