Tata Capital — House Loan - Balance transfer

Dear All,

We request your assistance to include CEO of Tata Group to the email communication so that I can express the disgusting service.

I am Suputra Lachanappa Koli and currently having a Home Loan through Bajaj Housing Finance. I requested Tata team that I have to do the balance transfer in the month of March.

I was coordinating with Bajaj Housing Finance team for the fourth month in the row for all the required documents and shared with the Tata team on timely basis and given all the required charges right at the beginning of the process.

To my surprise, I understood that the DD’s already ready on the 5th August and TATA team has already comedown to take the EMI for the current month already.

When I have not received a single penny from Tata team, what EMI are you talking about.

Now I understood that the loan has been cancelled.

Please tell me where am I wrong here?

Please ensure to resolve the issue at the earliest and ensure to release the DD’s at the earliest.
