I have done settlement to clear my loan in march 2016 they gave me 6 months to clear loan butdue to some reason i was not able to clear it but i already paid more then half amount setteled and after that demonetization announced by govt and i arranged money to pay back and requested to collection manager but now hes not giving any approval i already paid 32 lacs and approx 3 lacs left of settlement but now hes not solving my problem and not clearing our loan and harrasing us my parents are in depression and please solve my problem my loan account nos are 9084299 & 9086445.
