Dear Team I, Jhuma Chatterjee having Personal Loan with you & last 2 years I am paying regular payment but due to some unavoidable circumstances I left my job & doing freelancing. As per schedule my drop down has been started which is 25500 per month which unbearable for me at this moment. Kindly restructure my EMI amount whithin 16K. I will be able to pay that much of EMI Amount every month. This is my request to you kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because next month EMI will star & not be able to pay. Then my CIBIL will be effected. Kindly do the needful. Details are attached in mail. No body from Tata Capital is taking ng this responsibility. They are not responding at all. Kindly help me out. Even nobody from Kolkata Tata Capital group communicated yet. My EMI date is 3rd of Nov. Is this a seriousness of Tata group??? Is this service of Tata Capital??? If it is not been resolved as soon as possible then I will go to higher lavel .. Till now My problem has not been resolved.. No body from Kolkata Tata Capital branch has communicated yet..is this a service of Tata Capital group???
