I am one of your customer 3683175, Who has avail consumer loan from your company.
The EMI date is 3rd of every month, This month they has presented the EMI 0n 9th, Without prior notice, I have got a confirmation that the EMI will be on 3rd & you have presented on 9th, Which has got bounced for some reason,
Now i am trying to pay online it is showing with penalty, Why shall i pay the penalty for your mistake,
