Hi There, I am currently running a loan with tata
capital I was informed by the bank that the ROI will be 10.15% PA
however I receive my statement of account ROI was 10.25% then I spoke
the agent who processed my loan who said it will be corrected soon I
raised a request # 1057465 on which no one worked and this was closed
after 2 months on which no one even worked then I was able to find a
contact number of the agents Manager Amit
Gupta [protected] who said it will be done soon Later I raised many
complaints no one even worked on that # 1057464 # 1062192 # 1064923 #
1065331 # 1098052 I want my ROI to be deducted or want to know the way
to transfer my loan from TATA to ICICI or any other Bank.Regards,
