Tata Capital — Loan amount not Disbursed after e-mandate and e-agreement sign

On[protected] I was told that I am being provided with a pre-approved loan, and the representative asked me to complete formalities including e-mandate and e-sign. Got the confirmation email that it will be disbursed shortly with some internal approvals. They mentioned since it was Saturday it will take 24hours for the loan to be disbursed. 2 days now[protected], it shows the loan is cancelled. Without any intimation.
My primary concern is with e-mandate, what if the emi starts debiting from my account when I have not received the loan.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Why initiate the process and say pre-approved when it is still subject to some terms and conditions. You have to maintain transparency. Terrible experience.
