[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Misbehaviour/Loan not sanctioned and rejected without a reason

Hello Team,

My Name is Ajaz Padder ([protected]) from South Delhi (Jamia Nagar) and I applied for a two wheeler loan with TATA Capitalfor buying a Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike with on road price of 1, 46000

After submitting my documents, the verification was done in both home and office and everything was OK after around 15 days (which is too long as they have a slogan that they provide the loans within a week/2 days). After few more days when I approached the person (Mr. Rakesh who sits at the showroom) with whom I submitted the docs, he gave different reasons for the loan not getting sanctioned like you are living in a negative area(which is not a case), your CIBIL score is zero, you are a rented bachelor etc. When I asked him to give me his managers number, he provided that and when I talked to his manager (Mr. Pandey), he also gave different excuses however I know everything is Ok. When I asked him to give the reasons written on an email, he denied and when I asked to him to give his regional managers email ID/contact number, he denied that as well and hanged up the phone. I have every call recorded on my phone and they have wasted my 20 odd days without any reason.

I have few questions which I want the TATA Capital to answer:
1. If you don't give loans to rented bachelors, share the Policy with me to increase my knowledge. You should have informed me about the same at the time of applying for the loan.
2. If my living area comes as negative, why did you verify it or why didn't you inform me in the beginning or refused my applicaion at the time of submitting my docs.
3. If anybody CIBIL score is zero, why wouldn't you give him loan so that he can increase his score.

TATA Capital has wasted my time, money and energy for almost 20 days and at last refused to give the loan wihout any reason and with misbehaviour. I want to know the exact and actual reason for

not getting the loan despite the fact that everything I provided them was correct to the best of my knowledge. I want the consumer forum of India take strong action against TATA Capital and penalty them for their misbehavior and wasting the time so that no one suffers going forward.

I am ready to share the recording, contact details of the persons who called me during these days.
