Tata Capital — My pre approved personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry for almost two days (App no - APPL[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the complaint subject I would like to add that a pre approved personal loan offer has been generated by tata capital towards me and I have been applied for the same on 1st of Feb'2024 and also completed all the verification process (like, kyc verification, e-mandate as well). But from last 2days the executives are only mentioning that loan will be disburse soon as you have completed all the process, but no response received from the credit team. As the e-mandate has been done so I am little worried about the loan process. After writing 2/3 mails to customer care of Tata capital no further response has been received, they also mentioning it required more time and all but as per the executives the loan amount will credit within 48hrs. Kindly, do the needful at the earliest and help me to know the stage of the application as well as disbursement of the loan amount.
