Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased 2 consumer products from croma on dated 3rd june 2014 and same is financed by tata capital financial service limited, due to some technical/accounting issues between croma & tata capital, they are continues debited to me for 3 consumer products since six month, after so many reminder/mails they refund to me paid excess amount.in between over six month discussion i have bounced 1-2 installment due to negligence & not taking any response by tata capital.
Finally without any fault by me i have paid to bouncing charges + interest charges to tata capital & as well as to my bank also.
Still the consumer bouncing cases is reflecting in my cibil, its effecting to my credit score to processing of home loan/credit card/personal loan etc.
Looking for your favorable reply to remove from cibil
