[protected] Forwarded message[protected]From: chekoti sriveni <sriveni.[protected]@gmail.com>Date: Sun, Oct 26, 2014 at 7:16 PMSubject: NOC for Contract No: 4100433 and 4100422 To: "[protected]@tatacapital.com" <[protected]@tatacapital.com>Cc: JKumar.[protected]@tatacapital.com, Bhasker.[protected]@e-nxt.com, ADokuparthi.[protected]@tatacapital.com, CMekal.[protected]@tatacapital.com, Rakesh.[protected]@tatacapital.com, naveen.[protected]@tatacapital.com, ramesh.[protected]@e-nxt.com, Bhoga.[protected]@tatacapital.com Hi Team, I have to repeat this again and again and don't know till when and what I have to do next!!!I have all the case id`s for customer care interaction, everytime will be provided with one case id.FYI, Case id 997314:Case Ref: ##1008502:Case Ref: ##1008529:Case Ref: ##1025850:Case Ref: ##1052686.Even though I have not applied for loan because of your mistake Loans got approved on my name.The best part is this, Though the amount is paid, paid means complete loan amount is paid as per the fore closure statement and was provided by written statement on TATA Capital letter head with subject Full & final settlement for the Contract No: 4100433 and 4100422 on 5th August 2014, Amount 69358/- Because I dont trust you people I asked for this statement as was provided and was signed by Mr Rakesh Agarwar, Manager of Banjara hills branch.Please find the attached document for the Full and Final confirmation statement with Manager signature.This was paid on 5th Aug 2014 and today 26th Oct 2014 and till now I have not received NOC for these two loans.There is no response till now!!!Where as Manager Promised me that will receive NOC within 10 to 15 days even Mr Debashish, consumer told me the same and how many more days you need to provide me NOC????Enough of interacting with you people and because of your service got very good impression on TATA.Kindly look into this and settle the account, close two loans and provide me NOC ASAP. -- -- Thanks and Regards Sriveni
