Dear Tata Capital,
This is regarding my House Loan Account no. 9068095 under the name Kanthi Kiran P. This loan account is transferred to Mr. Naresh GSVR and I am no more holding the loan. I Requested to send 'NOC/ NO DUE' certificate for my loan account. Till now I did not received NOC even after raising two requests. I mentioned clearly my house address for the NOC courier from Mumbai branch office. I called Tata Capital customer care and inquired about the NOC status. They have given the blue dart courier number [protected] which when I checked showing as shipment delivered. Tata Capital Customer care informed me that the shipment address was my house address which is H.No 222, Chowdeswari Nilayam, Karimariyamma temple road, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066.
So I called Bluedart courier people and they told the address is not my house address. It was written to Tata capital office, Koramangala. I asked tata capital customer care to provide Koramangala branch phone number, but he said he dont know. Somehow I googled in net to get Tata Capital Koramanagala branch number[protected]. But it is useless to call this number as no one is picking this number.
This is really disapointing to me like trying to catch a black cat in dark room. There is no proper information from Customer care and also no intimation from Koramangala Tata capital Branch.
Issues?
1) Why Tata Capital send the NOC to Bank office even after taking my house address?
2) Why Tata Capital not providing the Local Branch Office contact number to call the Bank and check details?
3) Why Local Tata Capital office (Koramangala branch) not intimating Customers to come and collect NOC?
Please kindly provide my NOC. I beg your pardon struggling from many days and this is really disappointing.

This is really disappointing that you responded after 16 days and still you are saying you have to investigate. This is very poor response. I expected this poor response from you since with my previous experience from Tata capital. So I walked to your Tata capital office, Koramanagala, Bangalore and enquired whether my No due doc has come showing them Blue dart courier reference number. Tata capital has received the courier and just put in their desk. The pathetic situation is that they did not informed me atleast that a courier has come and come and collect at office. This is really bad. You people are not bothered and no responsibility. Your interest is on only getting money from customers through loans. Please dont repeat this in future for the sake of other customers.
Anyhow the issue is resolved by myself and thanks for your very very quick response on this case.
