Tata Capital — Not get response of consumer complaints

I applied for loan 06/04/2023 every process is completed and Executive promise me to disbursed your amount within a 24 to 48 hours but i did not get any amount. This is to much time taking i apply for money for urgent basis but no value of time from tata capital side. not get reply from tata capital in my previous complaint
