[Resolved]  Tata Capital — not release documents on time

I m home loan borrower to tata capital now i want to move from so i request for fore closure and lod i send mail on 6th march but still they are not provided me documents. I call so many time and mail to customer care but they do not respond me. I also ask about to talk higher authority but they also do not take my call or respond on mail.
They take 14 days and more. Home loan a/c no 10015787
