I am writing this email to let you guys know what pathetic service you are giving to your customers on Name of Tata ( Leading Indian Brand ) . You Just demolishing the branding of Tata in market
I Applied for home loan from tata capitals and was some queries and issue regarding my loan. Whenever I tried to call your executive who is assigned to me he is so busy he never pick the call and never call me back . And as per my personal and professional limitations i was not able to reach bank directly, so I raised one request against it for asking to decrease rate of interest as per current market rates and assign some other executive to me . And as per my awareness there is a response SLA to my request was 2nd of march 2017 but still bank is not bother to call me or try to communicate me over call and keep going with their pathetic attitude towards customer.
This point of time I want to ask one question .If customer is not able to pay premium on time so he has to pay some interest or fine as a late payment fee so what procedure you guy follow if you are not able to resolve customer query on time.or don't follow anything if you do mistakes ?
Please share escalation matrix with me as earliest else i compel to keep Indian regulatory authorities who are governing on banks for the grievance against bank pathetic behavior
