Tata capital — non tolerable behavior of call center/collection guy

I am ram bahadur sahani have taken personal loan no. 6493318 from tata capital almost 09 months back and i always paid my emi thgrough ecs on time, however this month it got bounced due to some personal reasons. Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for reschedulement of payment to competent authority.
Today i got call at 12.10 pm from amit cel. No. [protected] & [protected] and he asked me to pay the loan in cash today. First he told i am bank executive later he told i am third party engaged by bank for collection of loan. I told him the matter has been discussed with bank official and the bank official has told to pay rs. 20000.00 on 30.08.2017 and agreed to reschedule the repayment and accordingly, i make rs. 20000.00 payment on 30.08.2017. He started abusing me right and left and also told begger. He used abusive words and language over the call.
He soughted and told that i am coming at your home and teach you lesson and will show how i will take dues from you and threatened to life. He used abusive language only. After every five minutes he is calling. Please check the call recorded by bank.
Rbi does not permit this kind of behavior by the bank with the client and also it is against the norms of rbi.
It's the limit of tolerance and now i am not going to accept the same.
First i want action against executive and make sure this will not happen again.
Waiting for your revert on priority as these kind of behaviours are not acceptable.
