Tata Capital — Personal Loan Fraud

I had applied for a personal loan on Tata Capital in the Month of September 2022. After long waiting, on 25th September 2022, I got a call from (+91 [protected]) saying it was from TATA Capital and they also mentioned the amount i.e. 40, 000 which I had applied on TATA Capital personal loan. They did tell me about the loan and tenure and the Interest rates and after that they sent me a mail from ([protected]@tatacapital.com) which was to confirm my details. After confirming the details they sent me a link to confirm my bank details and they told that the amount will be disbursed in 3-4 days. Its almost a month and I haven't received my loan amount. On 16th October 2022, I wrote to TATA capital, I got a response that currently I'm not eligible for the loan. I'm surprised because there is a TATA capital in my NACH service. @tatacapital Kindly please request your response. I'm not from a wealthy family, I had applied loan to cover my mother's medical expense and this turned out like this.
