I would like to bring your attention towards the fraud going on by few of the fraudsters in the name of Tata Capital.
On 22-Nov-2022, I received a call from so called Mr. Gopal Gupta (Mob [protected]), mentioning as employee of Tata Capital with id card no. TATA CAPITAL/FNC/891569.
He said my loan application to Tata Capital was not processed due to not proper credit score, for need to audit my credit score and for which I need to pay Rs. 1999/- to executive Mr. Sandeep Gupta (Mob no. [protected]).
Even though I got doubt and not willing to pay but as I needed fund I gpaid Rs 1999/- to Sandeep at his no. [protected].
Next morning, on 23rd Nov 2022, this person Sandeep Gupta called me and asked me Rs 100/- for some paperwork which I again paid and informed to Gopal Gupta.
Later in evening when I didn't receive any verification call, I asked him what's going on, then this Gopal asked me to pay another Rs 999/- for disbursement of the loan and promised me that amount will be disbursed in next 15 min. I said no and even asked him till now I haven't received any verification call then how come amount will be disbursed.
For that he said everything will be done but i didn't made the payment and asked for refund for which he said that he will do it in next day.
While on next day when I didn't receive any call and refund, I asked him he then asked for another Rs. 200/- for the refund but I didn't agree and asked for refund but as expected I didn't get refund.
I even tried to threaten him about going to police with all the chats but surprisingly he is not even afraid, I feel he is well aware that people will not go to police or even if one goes to police, police will not take any action.
This is really bad.
I am not sure it's the right process of Tata Capital which he is following.
If it is so, please let me know. And also let me know if the loan amount will be disbursed making a payment of Rs 999/- to him.
And if he is really a fraudster, then I am responsible for my mistake but at the same time I sincerely request Tata Capital to please take a very hard action against him and his partner Mr Sandeep Gupta, as attached to the name of Tata Capital.
I am hereby attaching the chats and even the id card provided by him.
