I am PRABAHARAN have taken personal loan no. 5307629 from tata capital . not able to paid loan last 13 months Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for ONE TIME SETTLEMENT WITH 4 EMI OPTIONS Today i got call at 12.10 pm from kumar. he told warrant will be issue please make payment. We will not be able to provide you any other type of settlement in the manner of any part payments.
