[Resolved]  Tata Capital — personal loan settlement

I am PRABAHARAN have taken personal loan no. 5307629 from tata capital . not able to paid loan last 13 months Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for ONE TIME SETTLEMENT WITH 4 EMI OPTIONS
Today i got call at 12.10 pm from kumar. he told warrant will be issue please make payment.

I am already explained my situation not able to paid..i am agree to paid wavier of interest.

With reference to the request for the contract no. 5307629, please note that as per your discussions with our collections manager Mr. Sethu D, we request you to pay all the outstanding amount as per the clarification given by him. We will not be able to provide you any other type of settlement in the manner of any part payments.
