[Resolved] Tata Capital — Requested for LOD

I have requested for LOD for my reference on 02/21/2017 and they told me to wait until 03/16/2017. That means 25 days for a single document. Until 03/16/2017 i did many calls to customer care and same answer i got that document will be provided on 03/16/2017. But on last date simply they sent email stating my mobile is not reachable and closing this case. This situation is really frustrating me as i didn't get the document, and blamed that mobile is not reachable. iam not sitting in isolated area, i received many calls and from same number i communicated to customer care may times.
