My Loan Number: 9048466. I am following up with you people for the last 3 weeks with no response to my email. I just wanted to know that after paying the switch fees amount on 2nd Sept why my tenure has not been reduced and the interest rate remains the same ie 7.9%. At last, I dial your customer care number and someone name Aftab from the retention dept had spoken with me. First of all, he doesn't know how to speak to the customer. He was extremely rude to me and denied helping me with my query. This is how you deal with your customer? I am been a loyal customer with no bad record to date, this is how you treat your customer even though it's your fault. I want management to take action against Aftab and make him understand how to interact with a customer. I am fed up with your service. Till date my answer is unresolved. I took the home loan & 2 wheeler loan (Cleared) by keeping Mr. Ratan Tata in mind. Because he is a true gentleman, but you people are spoiling his name and reputation of his company and troubling your customers with their unacceptable behavior. Have some respect for that person who has a good name in the world.
Management: Suggestion to top management. You need to train your people to how to talk and have some curiosity to reply to a query of the customer.
