Tata Capital — Settlement Amount Paid Still Loan AC No: TCFBL[protected], Still Active & no NOC Received.

Dear Sir, Our Company Znome Consultancy Services, has taken a 15 lAkhs Business Loan due to Covid we were affected & hence went on a Direct Settlement with TATA CAPITAL, the settlement amount was 5 Lakhs as Dated: 13/03/2022 & the amount was paid off on the 25/03/2022, since then i have been calmly tried to reason with them to close my Loan & provide us the NOC. Till Today they have not done, so. I have emailed them, called them & requested them that it is still showing up on my CIVIL as Active as im being penalized. I have even mailed their Grievance Department too, so till today we have no resolution. So if you can kindly help me, I have attached all the necessary document to support my claim.
