Hi,

Hi sir/madam,

I had card [protected] with me for last few year, and as i was charge a yearly activation charge i requested customer care people to de activate my account.

Attaching the response got back from customer care, but there after no action taken.

Now, because of this credit card my cibil score has came down.

Request, company should take action on this. Because of this my all loans are getting rejected.

Hi All,

I have sent a mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com and also to [protected]@tatacard.com, but have not received any mail reply back from them.

But today i got a call from [protected] saying he is call from Tata capital head quarters, I felt its a fake call, he said company will rollback the charges and he was asking my debit card details for transferring the amount to my account.

Some action is required on this also. Fake call coming on behalf of Tata Capital.
