Tata Capital — TataCLIQ - Refund not received

I had ordered on july 17 2022 and cancelled the order within a span of 5 mins. I have not received the refund yet and all the Customer care representative asks is to wait. I have raised multiple complaints on the app but they mark it as resolved without providing any update. I need my refund asap. My complaint No. 08110596.

Updated by Rashi4495 The app also shows refund successful and when i ask TataCliq for the refund reference number they are unable to provide me that.

Please don’t order from TataCliq.
