I had placed an order for 2 T-shirts from TATA CLIQ on the 23rd April 2021 for a total amount of Rs.1976.00 (Order ID:[protected]
Blackberrys Navy Slim Fit Printed Polo T-Shirt for Rs.1077.00 was delivered on 26th April 2021.
Mufti Blue Cotton Slim Fit Polo T-Shirt (Transaction ID: [protected]) for Rs.899.00 was cancelled from Tata CLIQ's end on 30th April 2021.
No cancellation request was initiated from my side. On seeing the orders page, "Refund Successful" was written. However, I didn't receive the refund.
I called the helpline number [protected] and asked how am I going to receive the refund? It was told that it will be refunded in the original payment method. No refund was received. My complaint ticket number is 1470738.
Again I followed up by calling the same number and it was told that they'll be sending me the refund in the form of a gift card. No gift card received. Then it was told that I will receive a Paynimo link from Tata CLIQ on my registered email however all I received was an acknowledgement saying that they are working towards my query.
According to them, a Paynimo link was a internet link where I'll be told to enter my bank details and my refund will then be processed.
When I asked them again, they said that their records were reflecting that a link was said. This Paynimo process happened a couple of more times.
Then one executive told me to directly write an email to [protected]@tatacliq.com along with relevant details like order id, complaint number and bank details. I did, yet no refund received.
I followed up multiple times through the helpline number but no progress was made.
Finally I elevated my issue to one of the supervisors, named Yashwant Khurana, on 17th May 2021 through the helpline number only. He promised me that I will receive the Paynimo link, not even the final refund for sure in 1-2 days. I kept insisting that the refunds team already had my bank details through the email I had sent, but he still said Paynimo link will definitely be sent this time.
I gave him a time of 4 days till I contacted him again on 21st May 2021. I was being told that Yashwant was unavailable and I'll get a call back in an hour. I called after an hour but he was still unavailable. All other supervisors were also unavailable and the executives kept saying I'll get a call back after an hour. No call back received as of 7:30PM May 21 2021. I was told that I'll get a call back at 6:03PM May 21 2021.
