I ordered voltas ly 1.5 ton 5 star ac (Order no[protected] on 16th july 2017 and on 17 july 2017 i got a awb no[protected] in order to track the product realtime. However, when i use that number on gati website (The courier partner) it says invalid data. I had a word with the gati customer service and they said the awb is wrong.
As i ordered this product on 16 july 2017 i should get it within 4-7 working days however, under my order it shows that i will get it somewhere between 2 august 2017 - 4 august 2017. On the website it shows that the product has been shipped and this was updated on 17 july 2017.
I have called tata cliq customer service multiple times now and i have not received any resolution till now. I filed a complaint on 18 july regarding the awb number but still it has not been changed. I was promised a call back from the floor supervisor but that also didn't happen. We do not expect this kind of service from tata and above that the customer service is insane. The agent do not even take the ownership of the case and keeps on repeating the same line again and again. They don't even give any logical answer which is acceptable. I hope this complaint seeks their attention and i get my product as soon as possible or hence refund my money, i would love to purchase it from any other website. I myself is a tata employee and i am sure if someone hears tata the first thing that comes in their mind is trust. However, this trust is shattered by few people who do not understand the legacy of tata and their values. Many have worked day in day out for that.
Please look into my complaint and get me a resolution.
