I have purchased 9 kurtis from tata cliq on june 30 as the sale started. It was online payment. Next day i purchased zudio products and paid online. After 11 days j got a message that zudio order got cancelled n refund has been initiated. When asked no one had proper reason. From then i started calling customer support everyday to check on the status of kurtis. There was no response from them. They always promise a call but never call. No one here is willing to support. Customer support staff is pathetic.
I sent an email to their support team which was considered to be there highest esacaltion point. But sadly even they are pathetic. After one month i get reply saying my order has been cancelled and refund will be initiated
I'm so frustrated with this team. No one is bothered to help. They don't even care to reply to emails. I have no idea where else i can complaint Was this information helpful? |
