I had initiated a order on Tata Cliq App on 25th September with Online Payment.
The Order was Confirmed after making the online payment with Order Id[protected] on 25th Sept 2020.
I waited for few days to receive the order but didn't get order delivered, so I had inquired with Tata Cliq Customer Care for the Order Status.
They ask me to wait for another few days for order delivered, but still the order didn't get delivered.
So I ask Tata Cliq Customer Care for refund of the paid order, but they ask me to wait for 4 to 5 days for process of order refund.
After many constant follow up more than one month time still I am unable to get the order refund.
The Tata Cliq Customer Care and its Finance Team responsible for the refund operations gives excuse for wait for 2 more days for refund processing, but never gave the refund of the order paid.
I am very disappointed with the Brand - TATA Cliq for such type of cheating and false excuses for not giving refund for the paid order.
I advise to all the people who do online shopping to boycot the online Shopping from Tata Cliq for such a low grade service for the products and refund of the order.
The Tata Cliq Customer Care as well as its Finance Team responsible for the refund of paid order is a SHAME on the Credit of Brand TATA for spoiling its credit.
