My name is Neel rathod
I was going to purchase " Vivo V5 Mobile price Rs. 16999 " on 3rd Feb 2017 on www.tatacliq.com through online payment by SBI debit card and during payment, some technical issue was created and payment was deducted 2 times from my bank account.
After that i got e mail for order cancellation from Tata cliq
I lost my Rs. 33, 998 from my bank account.
I did't get product conformation e mail or massage on my mobile so, i did try to contact costumer care office.
costumer care officer told me that your payment will refunded within 72 hours but till date i did't get any refund amount from " TATA cliq "
Kindly, help me to get refund my money.
