I have worked with tcs for 3.5 years and left the company in march, 2018. Ever since i am out of country. I got the mail regarding pf withdrawal, for which i had requested some information, as in how to proceed, around 10 days back, i waited for 3-4 days and there was no response. Due to the time zone issues (Which is approx 9.5 hours of difference) i was unable to call them up. Since yesterday i have been trying to login...

Hi, i tried accessing tcs alumini portal to download the form 16. And the site is unaccessible returning page not found error: could you please look into this asap as i have file my taxes for the current year.

I have raised a request for pf transfer by submitting the form 13 manually through my current employer. I received a communication from tcs that it is processed and the annexure form is attached. However there is no annexure firm in the email and not in the alumni portal. I have sent an email asking for the copy of the annexure form, however thereis no response to my email from last 6 days. There is no helpline no. For tcs alumni to reach out for any issues.

I don't know whom to escalte further.

My name is Srinivas Sripada and I am ex employee of TCS mumbai. I was working in a process where my role was to take calls and serve the customers on phone. I had a mouth ulcer due to which I was unable to take calls for some time. Due to this I was moved to a non calls process. However, due to my mother's heart attack I had to leave the organization on immediate notice. I was not part of a process to complete notice period as well. Neither I would have able to do that due to my mother's situation. This was in 2016. I still have that ulcer which has become cancer now. I didn't realize it until recently I got diagnosed. From the time I left TCS, I have always been in troubles both financially and health wise. My wife is fighting breast cancer and she stopped the treatment as well. I am not able to provide food to my children and forget about medicine. I have to work to provide basics. I am not able to get any job as I couldn't get my relieving letter from TCS. Even after sending numerous email, the heartless HR people are not even replying to the emails. I have raised queries in TCS alumni portal for ex employees but I think there are a bunch of dumb people sitting there not even reading what I am trying to explain and sending me the same information that I have to pay 59000. Its like I took a loan from them and have to repay. Notice period is served to ensure smooth transition in the process so that the work is not interrupted. I was not part of a process at all. So me not serving notice period didn't affect the organization in any ways. I am not able to understand why an organization of such history is behind collecting this money. I am ready to furnish all the medical documents proving my situation. I have been to the TCS mumbai office twice and no HR even met me to discuss my situation. I am not able to see my family going through such pathetic situation. Other than committing suicide, I am not able to see any other options. Please help me get a solution on this

This is to file complaint against women safety in tcs. Even government declared as holiday without providing proper pick and drop they asking to come to office with there own risk of the lady employees in tcs spencer location for the charge back team.

I got a text message for job vacancy offered by tata consultancy services like this...

Then i visited that link. I got a pdf which had basic info about tcs interview procedures and also to attend this interview they want candidate to deposit non refundable amount of ₹9550 in their bank account within the mentioned time.
There got a doubt, so i checked this tect message related post online and found a similar one. I visited tcs website to check this offer. This is very shocking that in the name of tcs fake jobs are bring offered. Please take necessary and immediate action against it. Also attaching the screenshot images for the pdf.

In Kattuputhr Sub registrar office, Trichy District the Xerox machine was out of order from[protected].Complaint was made to TCS Ticket No 65159, personally contacted by the SRO's personnel as well as by the customers of SRO off ice to the following phone Nos [protected], [protected] but response was very poor, then finally one day they told to contact TRICHy office, but they were not taking even phone calls from SRO office, On[protected] and they took phone and replied irresponsibly that similar problem is in 6 zones and it will take more time.

TCS is No1 company India, we didn't expect such poor service from this company .This problem is even not in software.

Due to the above Public got affected, the Pain is not felt by your Trichy office.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.
