Dear sir,
I purchased tata tigor xz (O) diesel on 24.01.2018 from omkar motor sasaram bihar. After purchasing this car i am facing too much problem. First of all till now i did not received my registration card. During this period i have called several times to dealer and customer care number of the company but it goes in-vain. After one yr and four months my dealer show me on mobile my registration card which was wrong in that card my car shows petrol engine in place of diesel engine i told him again to correct the particulars of the registration card.. Please provide my registration card urgently.
Second problem is in my stepney which has wrong size of tyre. My car tyre size is no.14 but in stepney it is no.13 which is smalller than original.
Third problem is about quality of tyre of your company. The quality of tyre is very poor. After running only 23000 kilometers tyre has bursted.. Company of tyre is good year is provided with car by you. It is very shameful for tata motor to provide such low quality tyre which has bursted in such less time and less running.
Please pay attention to my car problem and resolve it urgently. I am depressed now with the behaviour of omkar motor sasaram bihar because after calling more than hundred times they did not pay attention to my problem mobile no of dealer is [protected].
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
